PaGu Batons will warranty our custom batons against warping or breakage for one year (30 days for Opus 1 series) from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt. If a stick breaks or warps, please contact us. Chipped paint is not covered under this warranty.  If the model baton you ordered does not fit you properly, please contact us to arrange for an exchange within the first 30 days of purchase. The fit of your baton is important to us.  The customer assumes the responsibility for the cost of shipping on all repairs and exchanges. Cost of shipping will be determined by the method of shipping the customer prefers.   There is no warranty on the PaGu Batons Opus One series batons, cases or Tappers.
